The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

The hobbit is a single book, but director Peter Jackson has turned it into three films. Set an imaginary universe called Middle-earth, the films follow the hobbit Bilbo Baggins on a quest with 13 dwarves and a wizard. Their goal is to find treasure guarded by the ferocious dragon, Smaug. Bilbo now has the magical ring to help them.

Kick-Ass 2

The first Kick-Ass was a hilarious interpretation of the superhero genre in wich an ordinary boy tries to become a  costumed crime-fighter. In this sequel, he is joined by more social  misfits desperate to become heroes and they from Justice Forever, the world's first super-team (with no real super-powers). If it is half as good as the original it's worth seeing

Thor: The Dark Worlds

After the success of Thor and The Avengers, Chris Hemsworth gets another chance to flex his muscles and show off his beautiful long blonde hair. As well as having to save the universe from a race of evil creatures, Thor has to resolve his relationship problems with Jane Foster (played by Natalie Portman). She's human, he's Nordic God. It's complicated.

Many people found that watching the first part of The Hobbit, filmed using ultr-fast 48 framesper-second 3D technology, made them feel so nauseous that they wanted to vomit. If that was not the case for you, here is the second episode in Peter Jackson's trilogy about young Bilbo Baggins... And this time, there's a dragon!
