Jhon   Yes, thanks. I'm looking forward to it.
Lucy   Have we got everything?
Jhon   Well, we've got enough drink, but there isn't much to food.
Lucy   Shall I get a few sandwiches or something? There's a shop near here.
Jhon   Would you mind?
Lucy   No, that's fine.
Jhon   Thanks, Lucy. Could you get a bag of ice too? And we need a bag for the sandwiches.
Lucy   OK, no problem. I'll see what they've got

Tom   Hi, Jena. Did you go out last night?
Jena   No, I stayed in and whatched TV.
Tom   Oh? What was on?
Jena   That new reality show on Channel 1.
Tom   Oh, yes? Was it any good?
Jena   Yes, it was amazing. There was a big lion on it. Didn't you see it?
Tom   No, I missed it. I was studying for the exam.
Jena   You should try to watch it next time. It's really good.
Tom Ok then, I will.

Lucy   Who are you looking at, Asif?
Asif   Oh, hi, Lucy. Who's that girl over there
Lucy   The girl with the long hair?
Asif   No, the girl with blue jeans. She's talking on the phone
Lucy   Oh, yes. What about her?
Asif   Does she go to our school?
Lucy   Yes, that's Joanna Mills. She's in Year 11. Why?
Asif   She looks nice. She's got a friendly face.
Lucy   She's OK, but you aren't her type, Asif. She likes tall guys!
Asif   Oh, that's a pity. Never mind.
