Hi, My name's is David Casellas, and I live in Banyoles, Catalonia. I like the city where I live, but we had a problem with vandalism and graffiti. In my poinion, the cause of this problem it is the city there aren't any youth club to go. As a result, the young people starts a do thinks there are not good to the other people. I think the solution it is create a youth club to go after school and the weekends. The problem is who is the responsable of the youth club? Because I do this card, I'm gonna be the responsable of the youth club.
